When do you pay for the session?

You can pay for your session after choosing the therapist and booking the session time with them. For more information on payment here at link.

Does the platform charge any fees from clients?

Our platform is free for all customers. The price of the therapist stated on our platform corresponds to their price in other online sources, so you don’t pay extra for any sessions on Clearly.

Can I pay after the session?

According to the Terms of Use, payment must be made 24 hours before the session. This allows the specialist to plan the schedule and be sure that the session will take place, since you confirm the booking with payment.

What are the ways to pay?

Payments on our site are completely secure because we use the official Stripe payment system.

You can pay by your credit card, Apple/Google Pay and PayPal.

Can I cancel/reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before it starts. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, then its is non-refundable.

How can I get a refund?

You can get a refund if you request no less than 24 hours before the session. To request a refund for a paid session, contact our support team. The request will be processed the same or next business day.

Can you pay for another person's session?

Yes, of course, you can pay for another person's session by providing their email address when booking a session, provided that you do so with their knowledge and consent. You should also notify the platform administration in advance in the support chat or by email.

Preparing for a session

How can you prepare yourself for the session?

Check your internet speed, video and audio quality.
Find a quiet place and organize your time so that no one disturbs you and you feel safe. Remember that you create your own comfort during an online session.
We recommend turning off notifications on your computer or phone to avoid distractions and to focus on the process.

You can also write down the issues that concern you beforehand, which will make the meeting more effective.

Where will the online session be held?

he online meeting can be held on any platform that is convenient for you:

- Zoom etc.

After payment, we will automatically create an event in Google Calendar with a link to Google Meet. In addition, we send this link via email in a reminder 3 hours before the session.

How will a specialist contact me?

You can always write to the therapist on your private account and he will receive a notification immediately. The therapist may be busy with the session, so sometimes they may not respond immediately. For online connections with a specialist, we at Clearly offer Google Meet or any other convenient tool.

Do in-person and online sessions differ in effectiveness?

Most methodologies assume that face-to-face and online are equally effective.

Do you have gift certificates?

Yes, you can purchase a gift certificate on our platform and gift it to someone you cherish. For more information, contact our support department and we will issue a voucher especially for you.
