I am the psychotherapist who first came to the profession as a client. Going through my personal development and mental transformation, I began to study psychology more and more deeply and I became interested in helping other people, getting to know them in those topics with which I myself turned to a specialist at one time. I changed my profession in my 30s, so I can definitely be useful in working on this topic: self-realization, fears of the unknown and new, how to start a new activity from scratch. I also work a lot with the topic of my own attitude towards myself: self-esteem, self-worth, difficulties in relationships, codependent relationships, difficulties with my own boundaries. I also work with teenagers: from 14 years old, in couples. I deeply specialize in working with eating disorders in both adolescents and adults: anorexia nervosa, bulimia, compulsive overeating, etc. As a clinical psychologist, I work extensively with clinical issues: anxiety disorders (both diagnosed and undiagnosed), depression, OCD, BAD.
