I worked as a manager for about 10 years. In 2013, I came to a therapist to improve my soft skills. Later, during therapy, I followed not the idea of becoming better, but the interest in "what I am". Then I was amazed at how huge my world is, how much I don't know about myself. I was surprised and saddened by how much time and energy can be spent on the idea of what life should be like, and not on life itself. This prompted me to study psychotherapy. And I risked changing my profession. For the past 10 years, I have continued to study psychology and explore it from different angles, working a lot with different requests and people, from different professions and countries, couples, groups, companies. In working with clients, in addition to the professional one, my own experience of going through crises is always important. This is finding myself, changing and developing a new profession. This is the experience of relationships - divorce and fear of losing contact with children; new relationships, marriage and the appearance of the 3rd child. This is also the teenage period of my older children - once I was looking for myself, and now I support them in this. This is also life in war and in emigration. All these years, changes and therapy go hand in hand in my life and in the lives of my clients. We learn interest and acceptance - to ourselves and others, to our own capabilities and limitations. We learn adaptation and balance, freedom and love.

I'm not sure that after several meetings it is possible to give a correct assessment of the specialist. The platform though is good. I was able to speak to my therapist directly just after logging in and ask all questions I had. The app is transparent as a mental health app should be. On my specialist: 1. I currently like the specialist and want to continue 2. We talk a lot 3. She has good video quality

Managing sessions in private account is easy, the chat is really convenient and with my app I feel like I never forget about any session. It’s also great that I can buy a single session if I’m not sure and ready to subscribe to my therapist’s sessions yet.
